What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges. It is as easy as 1-2-3: 1. Ship the unworn item, with tags intact, free of make-up stains, and free of odor within 14 days of receipt of your order. 2. Please include your slip that contains your name, address, user ID, and date of purchase. (Please email us through eBay message center to inform us of your return/exchange). 3. Once the item has been received, a refund will be issued to your PayPal account. Please note: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We do not pay return postage costs and original postage costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked postal service to return items as parcels can go missing in the post. On the rare occasion that a returned item goes missing in the post, we are only able to offer an exchange of the same value if adequate proof of postage is provided. We are not liable to offer refunds for missing items. If you have any question, please contact us.
